sounds like you have too much oil in the crankcase .drain some out or change to get it down to where it belongs . too much oil in the crankcase will get too much oil on the cylinder walls and the rings can't handle it . watch oil level if it rises you probably have a bad seal in the hydraulic pump . i had this problem and changed the seal.you may have other problems also .do the tuneup and then check back if you still need help . the blowing gas through carb on # 3 sounds like sticking or out of adjustment #3 intake valve .
