What's a stuck C worth?

I recently looked at a 1948 Farmall C that is for sale. Owner said it ran two years ago, but is now stuck. It is setting in a shed with exhaust covered. Radiator was low, rims good, one rear tire is good, one is fair, front tires fair, metal is pretty straight, paint is old & faded, has fenders, one set of rear weights. It has the wrong lights and seat. Location is southwestern Indiana. What do you think a ballpark price should be?
