In my area, an H that is runnable and useable is worth in the $500 to $700 range. One that is somewhat restored with good paint and almost new tires would be in the $1000 to $1500 range. The mower would be considered an extra, so you would have to allow for extra value for that. Alot of people quote prices above and beyond that, but perhaps they are in an area where they might be selling higher, or the great grand-kids are buying great grand-pa's tractor at auction. Of coarse you can rap up way more money in one than that restoring it, but chances are that you are not going to see that kind of money back out of it when selling it. There are just simply to many H's around to be forking out alot of cash for one.
