What are they worth?

been some time since I've been to this board, been working on the house....Came across an H and 350 diesel sitting behind a barn locally. talked to owner briefly and told me they haven't run in years. but the water was drained out of them when they were parked. not sure of tire condition on either one. was told they were parked there and just not used any longer. was also told that the 350D is missing a tooth in 4th gear. any ideas what are they worth? or a starting point at which to start the price at? thanks, brian
