You first question -- I'm guessing your talking about the two outlets on the left side of the tractor. The one toward the front is an immediate response, the one toward the rear is delayed by 20 seconds or so. Idea was you plumbed that line to a second cylinder to lift a hinged part of an implement after the 1st cylinder had lifted the implement.
