Don't know what serios or no, but I got a I-H steel wheel planter. I figure it to be about a 40 vintage. I plant about 10a a year of corn with it. My seed dealer will fix me up with plates to match the seed I buy every year. The plates have been the same forever for a I-H planter. I have about two 5 gal pails full of them. I also plant about 3acer of pumpkins with it. I take the box off and put a funnel in the hole. My wife walks along side a drops the seed in as I drive in low gear, Stll better than doing it by hand, For what its worth.
