I was also curious of the restriction, I am restoring an (a) and have found many parts that I needed from this web site, I always thought it would be easier if I saw an ad that said parting out a farmall (a) then I could just drop em an e-mail and they would more than likely have what I needed, there is probably a reason that we dont know of , probably some law someone invented. my 2 cents worth.
