I had trouble with plugs fouling in my SMTA initially, found out it was camshaft problem, but I went to Champion D-23. They have a long base on them and seem to really resist fouling. Lots of discussions about which brand is best but I have not found and AC or other brand with the same configuration as the D-23 Champion. There are some that say they are the same but just don't have that long base. I would imagine there is another problem if the plug keeps fouling ie rings.
