Co-worker of mine just clocked 380,000 on his untouched 1 ton 4x4 Dodge. Never has seen an easy day, a warm day, a trip to town without a whole lotta weight on the hitch and a whole lotta trailer behind. He is pleased as punch, being a grain hauler, a skid loader on the fifth wheel, and a buncha abuse between. I can't speak for or agin any diesels except the GM 6.3 (loud but reliable) or the early powerstroke ( quiet but cantankerous). I'm sure I'm the only one with this experience, nickel's worth of free advice.
