Have a 1948 c I use around the house. Ran good last fall. Put up for the winter in December. Started in Jan. and Feb. for a few minutes. Tried again in March and it wouldn't run. Finally drained the gas out and put new gas in and finally with starting fluid it started. Now as I start down a hill or go up a hill it will want to die. Have to choke it to keep it running. What do you think the problem is?? Thanks
