I forgot, to say that when you belt it up, and if it is the type of mill I suggested above, You will need to give yor belt a double spin, er, twist it twice. When you start it up, do it slow, look inside. the hammers should be turning away from the feed table, not toward it. While runing slw, grease it. Then slowly up the speed to wide open and feed it to it. When you hear the grinder start to bog down, quit feeding and let the tractor rebuld back to normal operating speed. After awhile, you will learn to keep a steady flow of grain going into it with alot of little fluctations, but not no big ones. With a mill like nmine, you have to dribble the corn in cause thefeed table opening to the mill is s small that it wont allow alot of feed to go in at any one time
