Yes, and keep an extinguisher in your vehicle too. A few weeks back I came upon a one car accident (Lady had hydroplaned and hit a tree) on a country road. The engine compartment was on fire and the lady was trapped in the car!! Fortunately it was near a house and there was an outdoor faucet and a bucket nearby. We were able to get the fire out, but I thought we surely were going to see her burn to death with nothing we could do. I now have fire extinguishers in both my vehicles.
