Manuverability is always nice, but I just think that maybe my son could do with a little less manuverability. Our place is pretty flat, and the tractor doesn't go that fast in the first place though, so maybe it isn't that much of an issue, and I could just leave it alone. Thanks for the information about which front ends would work.
