Bill, it should have 5.50x16 three rib tires. I don't have a clue what the lever down near the clutch is...I cannot see it in the pic. The touch control temp guage is available through several sources, I think we just got ours from K&K antique tractors, it mounts up on top of the quadrant for the touch control levers. It sounds like your steering is out of time, maybe in the gear box, or in the front bolster. I don't know about parts for the wide front, they are tough to find...try Art at Goodrich tractor Parts in Newark Valley, NY (607)642-3293, or Stoyell Auto Parts (Dick) in Moravia, NY...don't have the #, but call information in the 315 area code(Upstate, NY) Pete
