The 3 point is the easiest part, for about 625 you can get a great 3 point with 2 hydraulic cylinders included from Saginaw, others available but not as familiar with them. I would check that it is a Super not just an M with a Super decal. Serial number should tell or you can check the right rear of the block for the 264 casting of a super. Most super Ms had live hydraulics so look for the live pump in front of the distributor. Drive it in all the gears to check for noise. Look for smoke from exhaust, it isn't necessarily a sign of serious trouble but depends upon the color of the smoke. Check for PTO operation and check rear wheel centers for cracks in the castings near the axles. If the wheels run loose at some time this will occur. Clutch should be crisp, and oil pressure good after being warmed up. You can look at the type wear on a tractor and tell if it is normal use or abuse. Good luck on it, they are a good tractor
