Mystery Hydraulic Pump...Help!!

I have a hydraulic pump waiting to be hooked up to something. It has the number 888990 stamped on the pulley. It is a orange red color. It has a two belt pulley and two outlet/inlet connections out the back. It has a mounting foot and is fairly robust. Does anybody know what this thing is?
