2 years ago I paid 2500 for an excellent 1976. last year I paid 2600 for a good 56 with plow, slip scoop, grader blade, mower deck, fast hitch, and Howard roto-tiller with the gear reduction for the cub axles. The seller also threw in a fiberglass rowboat. I am in Southern Wisconsin and if it was in OK condition it was probably a fair price.
