464 brakes

How do you bleed the brakes on a International 464 ?Also there is a "valve" between the master cylinders for the brakes. What is this for? When you apply both brakes, the valve will close/open but when you apply only one brake, the valve doesnt do anything. Does this use hyd. oil to run the brakes or have I just missed the fluid tank? Any help is appreicated. Thanks, David
