If that is an IH fast hitch blade, it is worth around $700 dollars here. A neighbor sold a cheap three point blade with fast hitch points welded on for $400. I bought a 560 with a ih fast hitch blade and a 2 bottom plow. I traded the plow to a guy to get the tractor running right, which involved puting on a new distributer, and he turned it up to run about 3000 rpm's. To me, it sounds like you have a good deal, but I don't fish, so a boat isn't worth much to me. I would say in the $4000 range.
