Kelly: Do you know yet which or if all cylinders are stuck? How was the fit or tightness of exhaust pipe in manifold? To me its obvious water hasn't been in that engine long. If that exhaust pipe is loose water running along hood in wind and rain will fill a cylinder overnight. It takes a long time to fill a cylinder from rain with a tight exhaust. Don't worry about sludge in bottom of pan. I changed oil for a guy with an H 15 years ago, added new detergent oil. After a few days use we decided to change it again. Took the plug out nothing came out. Pulled the pan there was 1" layer of hardened sludge. We cleaned it up put the pan back on. this tractor is still going, he probably only uses 100 hours per year. He was thinking of doing a motor job when he bought it back then. Engine hasn't been apart yet. I guess I'm rushing it a bit, curious to see what journals on crank look like.
