Rich is exactly right, and with it turned the other way you can get two other different wheel base. The one in picture kind of makes tractor look like a utility. Every part of that front end is IH factory equipment for an H or M. The two holes you see on the very front are where the braces to the side rails of tractor went. They were 3/4 round stock and were adjustable with a nut on either side of the hole.
