I wouldn't be to mad you may have just gotten a bad set of o-rings. I did a set of heads on a 6V-92TA detroit and one side was fine the other leaked like crazy come to find out the o-rings were no good from the beginning my suggestion would be is to go ahead and have them all replaced if the cost isn't bad cause you know they may all be bad next week.
