I hope the N.D. number you listed is mis-typed. That size bearing would be high! The rear is 1316 & front 1314. If the price the other feller gave you is for the rear, it is a good price indeed. It is best, in my opinion, to call several bearing houses & get quotes. I checked 2 places in NW Arkansas & they were a long way apart. I found the rear for $180, but I have some more places to check. Now, here is my 2 cents: Make sure it is a good grade of bearing. I have seen bearings that were made overseas that weren't worth the effort to put in.
