Differences? The steering gearbox is just in front of the operator and runs the steering thru draglinks. the steering is a weak point. The hydraulic system reservoir is under the seat with the control valves mounted on the right side. The reservoir screen can only be reached by removing the reservoir. The governor is set a little faster on the Utility, the fast-hitch is entirely different, the wheel spacing is not adjustable, the seat is different. The exhaust probably exits downward instead of up thru the hood, though both were available. The bubbles could be something as simple as a badly seated gasket. First thing I'd do is check the head bolt torque. He may have installed the bolts with crud on them or maybe damaged them somehow so he got an incorrect torque reading and hasn't seated the gasket.
