torque spec

hi all,hope you can come through for me again,i bought this H that was sitting outside for along time,and a couple of valves were stuck,so i took off the valve cover ,to unstick them and the tappets were so dirty, i took the whole rack off and gave it a good cleaning,one problem,i don't know the torque for the 4 bolts that hold the tappet rack down,could someone please let me know ,
