Your settings for the carb are : load screw {bottom of carb} 3 turns off its seat . air mixture screw {angled screw on side of throttle body} 1.5 turns off seat to start. Idle screw, one turn in after it contacts the the throttle shaft.. And as the other guys have said check the condition of the whole electrical system and also check your air cleaner. They are cold blooded though don't make any final adjustments until it is good and warm. Sometimes frost will form on the manifold just above the carb in certain weather conditions. See Ya Tim K.
