Todd, you have what is called a dual plate clutch. I have gone through my I-T manual for B250,B275,B414,424,2424,and 3414. I can only come up with an adjustment on the clutch pedal. There is a paragraph on making sure the clutch fingers are all adjusted equally , but I don't think that is the problem. The manual shows there to be 3/4 inch of free movement on the pedal and "pedal full travel" should be 6". There is a set screw on the pedal, loosen ituntil you have a full 6" of travel, then loosen the clamp on the clutch pedal shaft until you have 3/4 inch of free travel. You can get a wrench on the end of the cross shaft to hold it while you set the pedal. Those are the adjustments if you understand what I have said. If this does not help it may be that the clutch plates themselves are worn and need to be replaced. Good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario
