'49 H water pump prices - pulleys, etc...

Just finished building three-point and adding a 2-spool valve to my '49 H today. Went out with a rear blade and tried it out, worked great! But....later when I went to grease the tractor, I was going to grease the water pump when I noticed a crack in the front pulley, then I notice the two springy things connected on the fan on the front were almost worn off (is there a pin in the center of each spring?), then I noticed there was some play in the water pump. My questions: I checked in a mail-order catalog and a new pump with pully was $300!!! Then on the YT-Mag parts site, it was only $130, but didn't say if it had a pulley. When I pull the old pump, considering the cracked pulley and worn spring things I have, what parts do I need to make sure I order? And where can I get them resonably priced? Also, can you buy the little pieces of radiator hoses, or do I have to make them myself? Thanks in advance!
