You can bore them out to a 4 1/8 inch, which was what I did. You can get custom made pistons for it and bore it to 4 1/4, but it is hard to find them. I was planning to buy another M, bore it out, and not run sleeves in the block, but just have the piston run along side the cylinder walls.
