I just finished installing a Saginaw County 3 point hitch on my 40 H and used it the first time this weekend with a 6 foot blade on my 400 foot gravel road. The Saginaw hitch is great. I installed a two-way valve so I could have down pressure. I also went ahead and put twin control valves on so one would control the three point and the other is for remote cylinder. The one for 3 point has a float function which is handy, although the Saginaw hitch is made so it floats if you pull two pins so a float valve is not absolutely necessary. I got it freight in about a week from Michigan to SW Texas. Freight was $115 but that is probably nearly 400 pounds and 1800 miles, so not that bad. It bolted up perfectly. Valve body (twin controls) was $160 total from Northern Tools. Hoses and fitings were about $100 at tractor supply. Hitch was $625 plus $115 freight.
