Farmall Fire Fighting Tractor???

I recieved an e-mail picture from a friend of a piece of firefighting equipment. It Looks like a Farmall tractor, but has a square tank under the belly with a large real mounted on the right side of the tractor. It has turf not lug tires. It also has a red light/siren combination on top of the hood. I can forward a copy of the picture, but would like more information. I am a firefighting history buff. My friend said he thought that maybe these were build by Farmall for aircraft carriers?
