The local Gen'l Foods Bird's Eye freezer plant had a couple of M's set up like that only with a large U-blade mounted on the rear instead of a cutter. They used them for pushing green beans and sweet corn from the dumping slab into the conveyor, which in turn brought the produce inside the freezer plant.
