Thanks for the reply. I looked at it pretty close the two times I have run it for any length of time. I most certianly looks and feels like the nice fresh oil that I just put in it. I guess I should be happy that at least it still looks fresh!! I don't notice it much when it is running but after it is shut down I think it is running down the muffler and coming out where it is clamped to the pipe. When I wipe that area off with a clean paper towel it is clear that it is oil. I can also see little splatters on the hood from when it is running and spitting it out. -TreeSitter
