If you put each respective piston back in the sleeve it came out of, there should be no problem there. If you put each rod back in the same place with the same rod cap, there should be no problem there. Could you turn over the engine before you took it apart? Your rod brg. running clearence should be .0025-.003. They have a shim to adjust the clearence. The side clearence should be .010-.025. Rod cap bolt torque (most of them have fine thd.& are grade 5) 3/8"=30#. 1/2"=73#. 9/16"=100#. If everything is right, you should be able to turn the eng. with crank-plugs out- very easy. If not, then something is not right.
