If you don't get your cas cap within 6 months it probably means that the tractor with the serial number you sent in has already been supplied a new cap. You see guys trying to sell these on E-Bay all the time.

It's hard to believe that someone that needed the new type cap would then turn around and sell it. Could it be that this deal is being abused by some????????????
