sandblasting and priming $

Just picked up a 140 that is in prime mechanical condition. (been watching this one for years) All it needs is a little surface rust removed and a good paint job. I've been quoted $600 for sandblasting and priming..ready to paint. This includes removing whatever needs to removed to do a good job. Does this sound reasonable? The fella has a good reputation but just wondering.
