1960 cub

Today I looked at yellow and white cub tractor with an IH mower deck and an aftermarket trip loader on it.The lady you owns it says that her dearly departed father bought thw machine new and mowed 30 acre of lawn for years.One day 5 years ago it started to smoke and make a noise.they parked it inside and it has sat there ever since.the outward condition of the tractor is remarkable,but was unable to get it to start.(not froze)How much would be a fair offer for this machine? it seems as if it has an oil leak right front near the stearing knuckle.The engine oil was too clean,must have changed it after the problem. also has 1 bottom plow never used and cultivators ,new
