Morgan, The Case/IH manuel has no front wheel weights listed even thought I have seen them on WD9's before. Under Special features for 9 series Wheeled Tractors it only has rear wheels weights first set (58767 D)an second set (58768 D). But I wonder if you couldn't use "M" wheel weights (9042 D) which weight in at 73 pds per side. You can fine them on page 337 of the "M" parts manuel.
Like the other gentleman I have also see lots of WD9's with hanger bolted on the front for seat case weights, this is what I plan on doing with both my WD9's for pulling when I finish re-building them.
