BN Release Bearing Removal

How do I remove and install the clutch release bearing from its sleeve on my BN? The bearing is a Bantam. The surfaces appear to be good, and it hugs the sleeve guide well. The rotating part wobbles back and forth about 1/16" (and side to side). Could this still be used? Thanks.
