Is the linkage from the pedal to the throwout bearing bent? Is there slop at the point where the Throwout bearing connects to the torque tube? Is there thick oil above 90W in the transmission? I've heard the thicker the oil in it the faster the shaft stops when disengaging and the less gears grind. All that I can think of right now.
