Seems as if I seen a picture of one somewhere on this site. I myself have a tricycle H on full steel. The front steel wheel's are enter-changeable with factory rubber tired wheel's. As long as you got a factory wide front and front steel wheel's you could assemble it the way you want useing whatever wheel's. Odds are, you will have better luck finding the wheel's and the wide front seperately. Then put it together yourself. You might end up with extra tractor, but you could always sell the narrow front, rubber tired H later. In my area, an H that runs and has useable tires is worth around the $700 range. I have a complete set of steel wheel's that I consider worth about the same amount as you would have invested in new tires. Not sure what those wide fronts are worth.
