On my 424 gas only the temp. gauge didn't work and I had no luck finding an original so I just added an aftermarket type on the lower edge of the dash. Not wanting to trash the original dash I thought about just attaching to one of the dash mount screws but that didn't look too good.I.d say there is room in the dash for the three gauges if you don't mind cutting it a little. I prefer the lights to the gauges so I'm satisfied with the original oil and gen. lights.Can't tell you the difference in the gas/diesel oil pressure gauges.
