belly mower

Posted this the other day and got zero response.I found out about an IH belly mower a man has for sale.I have not seen it,but it is supposed to be in good shape with all the pulleys.I want to put it on my Super A,if it works out, and just want to know fair value.Just need some input on fair market value.His brother-in-law is a friend of mine and said it's in good condition.
