McCormick NEW 4? Sickle Bar Mower

I recently got ahold of an old sickle bar mower and don't know much about it. The overall mower looks to be in fair shape but I know some parts are rusted out and the wheels don't want to turn (as if they are locked somehow). Is there any good information on this mower so I can get it working? (i.e. parts and manuals)
