Is this the Oliver Plow that lifts the tail wheel completely off the ground when it raises? And, if so, does it have a rod running from the hitch somewhere toward the rear? I used one of these several years ago and the tail wheel drug so, I lifted it up and adjusted the rod for transport, reset it to plow, raised it back up again to transport and forgot to tell anyone. AS THE MAN SAID,"iT LIKE TO OF WENT TO cHINA." Check this item. The rest is pretty straightforward.
