I also have a #31 loader on an H. This is a pretty good combination and will do a lot of work for you.
My loader needs repainted also, so far I have not been able to find the decals. As near as I can tell, there is only one decal on each side of the loader that reads McCORMICK, nothing else anywhere. The decals are still legible on mine, If you would like I could take some pictures and some measurements and then at least you will know where the decals go.
