He is right. I forgot about the fuel cap. mine did the same thing once too. also, and this may sound dumb but once I left the choke partialy out and it ran realy crappy and would stall after 10 or 15 minutes. I couldn't figure it out and I gave up on it then my 8 year old son found the problem right off. That was embarrasing.
