I would move to checking the fuel system since you have just about eliminated all the electrical. Remove the fuel line at the carb and check for good flow there. While the line is off check the screen on the elbow which goes into carb (there is a screen inside the carb on the elbow). Sounds like you are effectively running out of gas due to poor fuel flow to carb. Been there done that.
