Unless your WD9 is a Super WD9 with a D350 you can't put the 4 5/8 sleeves in it. The WD9 came with the 4.4 (335cu) pistons and with the thinner sleeves could be brought up to 4.5 (350cu). I don't know if there is enough cylinder thickness to bore the block or not.
