Don't know much about the 544 except it's a 4-cyl. version of the 656 and sure is a nice looking little tractor. But depending on if it's a Hydro-static drive or gear drive the transmission/hyd. system could hold anywhere from 10 to 30 gal. I know the H-186 held about 50 gal. of oil. My point is what little oil left after you drain & change the filter doesn't make much difference. Your Owner's Manual should have the exact oil capacity and maintenance procedure to follow.
